18+ years IT experience, mostly in Banking & Insurance.

10 years contracting with 8 years specialising in Testing in single or multiple team projects.

Strong testing expertise of the complete testing cycle from UAT to Functional and non-functional testing.

 Preparation of Test Strategies and Test Plans from a variety of requirements documentation and information gathering.

Representing project testing requirements at a higher business level.

 Experience in requirements negotiation - functionality vs. schedule

 Experience in interviewing against specified criteria

  Trained in Test tool set for Mercury Interactive suite and have used latest service packs on suite version 8.

Provide training and coaching to focus your team of Testers.

 Ability to quickly learn new technologies and architectures

Develop relationships with project members to gain understanding of proposed actions

 Utilise my knowledge of testing to provide estimates, based on test activity

Provide revised estimates on test activity by conducting critical path analysis

 Test script writing and using scripting languages/commercial automation tools

 Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and all common Windows productivity tools
